First call.
Wait for the ready-cyan dot, open Aura, and name your goal in one sentence. She confirms when needed and waits for approval before work starts.
The first call exists to orient you to the rhythm, not to ship work. Aura listens, confirms, and waits. Nothing dispatches to a worker until you say so. Keep this call short — one goal, one approval, one end.
Wait for the ready state.
After launch, the floating bar shows a cyan dot — that is her ready state. If the dot is dim or absent, aura doctor will tell you what is missing. Do not try to speak until the dot is lit.
Open the call from Aura.
Click the floating bar, or use the Aura window's Start/Wake button. While Aura is active, ⌘ ⏎ runs the same start or wake action.
Shortcut boundary
The Swift app does not currently register system-wide hotkeys. Accessibility is for approved direct Mac control, not for starting the first call.
Name your goal in one sentence.
Speak clearly and finish the sentence. She picks up the end of your speech through voice activity detection — a short pause signals you are done. Aim for a goal that is concrete enough to act on.
Listen to the repeat-back.
If the request is ambiguous, Aura asks a clarifying question before sending work to a worker. If the request is concrete, your spoken approval is kept with the task context and the worker does the code edits.
End the call.
For this first call, end without dispatching. Say that is all for now, or use the visible End control. Aura records local history/task state for the current project and does not store server-side transcripts.
